The Foundry encompasses 530 acres for a range of commercial uses. The zone is the ideal space for activity relating to manufacturing, logistics and distribution, with the neighbouring Redcar Bulk Terminal providing the deepest port on the east coast of England. The consenting process is still ongoing, with site preparation expected to start in April 2021.
